Continuation of joint cooperation between the General Authority for the Environment and relevant state agencies to preserve the environment and implement the state’s laws.
An inspection campaign was conducted in Jahra Governorate with the participation of the Kuwait Municipality and the Ministry of Interior. The campaign resulted in the issuance of 5 environmental violations for encroachments on the wild environment and the use of construction materials in accordance with Article (40) of the Environmental Protection Law No. 42 of 2014 and its amendments.
